She is in good company, named alongside the company’s founder Harry Hastings who has been honoured on the list for the last seven years. If you’re looking for a calming, creative space to slow down and reconnect this April, SkandiHus has got you covered with two new workshops. On the 11th of April you can join Dom, Carolina, and Skandihus founder Stine Dulong for a Clay, Sound and Cacao class, which focuses on creativity, connection and embodied presence. In the ‘Fill Your Cup’ workshop on the 26th of April, Stine Dulong and Oh Shala Festival founder Emily Cobie will guide you through the meditative process of hand-building your own Spring bud vase. The team at 63 Sun Studio has been busy this month, with The Rug Company and Luca Faloni making full use of the space to build elaborate sets for their latest campaigns, and Axel Arigato taking over both studios and the streets of De Beauvoir to shoot their Spring/Summer campaign. To launch their new album, Gorillaz worked with THE LINE to create a stunning 8-minute film inspired by 1960s cinema. The team blends hand-drawn animation and hand painted watercolour backgrounds to highlight the band's journey through vivid jungles, glowing caves, and serene waters. Crafted over six months, the film combines classic animation with modern compositing techniques, resulting in a bold and immersive masterpiece. Learn more about the process here.

Frequently asked questions
Your Membership will begin on the date you sign up and will be billed monthly. The first month will be proportioned accordingly, depending on the day you start. You will then be billed on the 1st of each month.
This applies to the Café, Studio and Dedicated Memberships.
DO YOU NEED A DEPOSIT?
Due to the flexible nature of De Beauvoir Block, we do not require deposits of any kind. We want to give every business the best possible opportunity to get involved!
WHAT ARE THE BUILDING HOURS?
The onsite Café/Bar will be open 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
The onsite Reception will be open 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
For Café Members, your location is accessible during Reception opening hour times.
For Studio and Dedicated Members, your location is accessible by key card 24/7
CAN I COME AND HAVE A LOOK BEFORE COMMITTING?
Visits or tours will need to be booked in advance so just give us a call on 020 3910 7740 or email us at info@debeauvoirblock.com to schedule it in!
DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?
For private offices our pet policy is relaxed, however for all Membership types, pets are not allowed unfortunately.
You can book the Block meeting room via the online portal or by calling the Block manager on 020 3910 7740. We will require 24 hour notice before any booking and will be based on a first-come first-served policy. The charge for the meeting room will be £20 per hour.
If guests are coming from outside De Beauvoir Block, they are required to sign in at Reception and wait here until they are collected and taken into the Meeting Room
You will also have the ability to order food and drinks to your meeting at a time to suit.
CAN I GET A PHONE LINE FOR MY DESK?
Unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a landline phone with your desk. The offering is more geared to small businesses/freelancers who work off a mobile phone.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you wish to leave you can do at any time by giving us up to one months’ notice. All you have to do is send an email to info@debeauvoirblock.com stating when you wish to activate the months’ notice. The end date of your membership will be at the end of the month you serve us notice. For example, if you serve notice on the 7th of June, the last payable day of your membership would be the 30th of June.
HOW DOES PRINTING WORK?
Studio and Dedicated members will benefit from having a printer within their area. Printing costs are applicable. Café members do not have printing facilities.
GUESTS
Members are allowed to bring in up to 2 guests at a time. If a member requires more for any particular reason it will need to be agreed by De Beauvoir Block beforehand. If we feel a guest is coming to site regularly and taking advantage of our guest policy, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
